Cancellation Policy
Appointment Scheduling and Policy for In-Person and Virtual Appointments 1. Appointment Scheduling -Advance Booking: Schedule all appointments at least 24 hours in advance via our online system, email, or phone to help us manage time and prepare for your session. -Confirmation: A confirmation email or message will be sent once your booking is complete. Please review details for accuracy. -Business Hours: Appointments are available during CORE business hours [typically 7 am to 6 pm WKD and 12 pm to 4pm WKND]. Special arrangements outside these hours may be requested but aren't guaranteed. 2. Rescheduling and Cancellations -Rescheduling: Notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule. Less than 24 hours' notice may incur a rescheduling fee. -Cancellations: Cancellations with more than 24 hours' notice incur no charges. Those within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee [$50.0]. -No-Show Policy: Full session fees apply for missed appointments without notice. Repeated no-shows may require a non-refundable deposit for future bookings. 3. Late Arrivals -Grace Period: A 10-minute grace period is allowed for both in-person and virtual sessions. Arriving late may shorten your session but will incur the full fee. -Excessive Lateness: Arrivals over 20 minutes late may result in cancellation, with a potential cancellation fee. Please notify us if you're running late. 4. Payment and Deposits -Payment: Payment is due upon session completion unless pre-arranged. We accept Square, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. -Deposits: High-demand services may require a non-refundable 50% deposit to secure the appointment, applied toward the session fee. 5. Reminders and Communication -Reminders: You will receive a reminder via email or text 24 hours before your appointment.
